We've yet to have world leaders usch as Japnss Prime Minister, the President of the USA, ec, in this game, I think this time around able people should take up these roles, so that we can see the reactions from all perspectives, call meetings of world leaders, etc.
Any takers?

Do I have to make a leader? I was going to try and keep China's leader as sort of faceless, seemingly omnipresent being. Sort of like Big Brother from 1984

Well, the whole reason I wanted to do this was so that the leaders could meet to discus the siuation. Unless you have an idea to do that whilst keeping him faceless.
