hmmm... i think i'll bring back an old favorite to anyone with a mech or a ship.
Dr. Asaguri shal be the commander of Antarctica... since, you know... there are no countries there, so he gets the whole continent... not that anyone else wants it...
anyways, i think i'll put Polar-1 at the bottom of the world again.
