Production History: Created as unmanned fighters for deployment by the robot flying battleship Conquistador X-1, the Hunter Killer has a very basic a.i. which simply seeks out and attacks targets given it by Conquistador X-1's a.i. and can even be controlled by the robot battleship itself. While not very smart, the HK keeps Cuban pilots out of harms way, are less expensive than manned fighters.
