Name and Designation: San Juan Hill Class Torpedo Cruiser
Type: Vehicle/Weapon
Purpose: Fast attack torpedo cruiser.
Dimensions:
HT: 70.2 meters
Width: 6.8 meters
Length: 7.2 meters
WT: 22,015 tons
Speed: Mach 4 in air. Mach 45 in Space. Capable of lightspeed. It can also travel underwater at 50 knots using the advance Catepillar Drive engine, one on each side which act as underwater jet engines.
Description: Hull is like that of a Soviet Alfa class submarine minue propeller and fins.

Additionally, their is an engine Nacel in the rear of the ship on both sides and on the dorsal surface. The Bridge is on the coning tower with a forward facing window.

Armor: A sandwich of lightweight titanium and heat resistant diamond plating.
Armaments:
- Six forward facing plasma torpedo launchers. Each energy torpedo explode with the impact equal to one tenth the strength of Godzilla's [Heisei] ray.
-Two forward facing Laser gattling guns. Another is mounted on the rear on an automated ball turret.
Equipment:
1. Sensory Jamming equipment.
2. Multiphasic sensors.
3. Reflex Shield: This can cover either the entire ship or can be converted into three moving disk shaped shields that can protect small parts of the ship from attack.
4. Reflex Furnace.
Production History: Commisioned by the Terran Armada to be built by Cuba, it was named after the location of a battle fought by American President Teddy Roosevelt during the Spanish American War. The requirement was simple, a small,fast ship that could fly in at high speed, hit like a sledge hammer, then haul ass out of the area before it could be hit. Essentially, the San Juan Hill Class Torpedo Cruiser is a missile boat designed for hit and run tactics. These ships were constructed shortly after the SDF-1 Macross was restored after it's violent arrival to our world. As a result, these cruisers are powerd by small versions of the reflex furnace and use reflex shields however, unlike the Macross, there are built in safeguards to prevent cxatastrophic overloads like those capable of happening on the Macross.
