Ok all you drooling fucktards! Im posting this application for an assistant for now it will just be for my own amusement untill Goji gives me the go ahead to hire someone. Now I want the apps filled out semi seriously, and I will deny NO ONE. Anyone can fill it out, but since you will be MY assistant that means I get to choose em. But I will not be biased ((says this with a straight face)) so go ahead and kill it out.

A new guy creates a character, it is obviously overpowered and a potential god modder to boot. you give them very good reasons as to why they can't have it and they go all apeshit and start ranting and raving or they just flat out ignore you. What do you do?:

Someone is powerplaying on the boards. And your the only mod on at the time, what do you do?:

One of the admins is being a total dick to someone who honestly doesn't deserve it ((aka someone other then psycho)). How do you handle the situation?

Reason for wanting to be my assistant: I've always wanted to be an admins assitant on KW since KW4, where I saw Psycho was Goji's assitant. And I love the site and I want to help with it.

One of the admins is being a total dick to someone who honestly doesn't deserve it ((aka someone other then psycho)). How do you handle the situation?: Tell them the member really doesn't deserve it, tell them to cool down and go back to ragging on Psycho.

What do you do?: Openly warn them of their behavior. If ignored again, delete their character. If ignored yet another time, give them the boot, unless a reason is given not to.

Goji, my assistant would assist me since I do pretty much everything you ask me to do, INCLUDING character approval, and as we all know, my assistants turn out good. Ask Fang. Oh and psycho. NO. But if you want a mod job? Impress me, fill out the app. and FINISH OUR FIGHT. Jesus some people.

Reason for wanting to be my assistant (list at least two coherent reasons): I feel I could help keep people in line [I've learned from the best]. I am also constantly coming up with ideas, some of them may improve the site. I also had two rpg's of my own, one of them, Godzilla:Crimson Phoenix, lasted six months. I have also had past experiance as a moderator on other rpg's.

Would you be willing to tell me to fuck off if I ask you to do something that is against all laws of nature and decency?: Yes. I like Daemon, but I don't blindly follow anyone.

A new guy creates a character, it is obviously overpowered and a potential god modder to boot. you give them very good reasons as to why they can't have it and they go all apeshit and start ranting and raving or they just flat out ignore you. What do you do?: I tell him that either they stop their tantrum and make the changes or risk a suspension if they continue to give me or other staffers an attitude or ignore us. The character will also be deleted. If they attempt to repost the character and give me the same crap, unless another staff member disagrees, they will be banned.

Someone is powerplaying on the boards. And your the only mod on at the time, what do you do?: I give them a warning, tell them what they are doing, and tell them not to repeat such actions. Repeat incidients will result in a suspensions, then after the third and final offence, they will be banned.

I demand to know what that administrator's problem is with that person. I also tell them to go easier on that person and remind them that we all acted like noobs on ocassion. Depending on the severity of the situation, I may notify other clear minded staff members of the situation because sometimes more than one voice works. If the situation is worse, I may recomend that the offending staff member be demoted. In a worst case scenario, I may recomend that the offending administrator be suspended or even banned.

And final question.....

What's your opinion of Daemon?: I like him. He can be an asshole at times, but it's usually deserved. If you piss him off, don't come crying to me when he kicks your ass like a football because chances are you deserved it because you acted like a dedede.

Psycho, if I were you'd I'd shut the fuck up. This is why we make fun of you and Daemon tortures you. It's like you are putting a "kick me" sign on your own back and then asking why everybody is kicking you. Try to use some common sense, not intentionally pissing off Daemon would be a good start. Doing what staffers ask, another good start. Listen and learn from your mistakes or people are going to continue teasing and ripping on you. The key is [does impression of a mentally challenged person] don't act like a retard. I know I'm not staff, but damn it, somebody has to say something, if only it helps just a little.
