Name and Designation: Kaiju Containment Feild
Type: dammage control device
Purpose: to contain kaiju to halt destruction or for research.
Dimensions: one meter when undeployed in emmiter form. 1000 meters when deployed in bubble form.
HT: 1 meter (undeployed) 1000 meters (deployed)
Width: 1 and 1000
Length: 1 and 1000
WT: roughly 200 pounds.
Speed: if fired from a launching mechanism it can travel about 500 KPH in a strait line.
Description:the KCF is a device designed by Dr. Asaguri to trap a single kaiju in a 1000 meter bubble of pure energy. this bubble will not let any biologic substance through, utterly trapping kaiju, however allowing mechs through to battle evil kaiju. wach emiter forms a 1000 meter bubble, the size of the bubble increases with each emiter. (2 emiters= 2000 meters, etc.) this trap lasts roughly 2 hours per charge and can be recovered, re-charged, and used again and again.
Production History: Currently in the prototype stage, it has only just been feild tested. the test was successfull. Master Cheif Charisma Jackson has commitioned Dr. Asaguri to begin designs of a firing version of the devise, capible of being launched from a distance by either a tank mount or from the weapon of a mech.
(I know this has already been introduced, but the technology section didn't exist when i origonally pisted it.)
