Deep in a cave at the bottom of the Marianas trench, a pair of benevolent eyes suddenly opened. A time of styfe and darkness was dawning. This greatly disturbed the creature sleeping in the cave. With mighty roar, Manda awoke for the first time in eons. Uncoiling, the serpentine dragon exited the cave with was sealed shut by a rockslide shortly after.
Swimming at incredible speeds, Manda broke the surface. His vision was blurred, but quickly grew accostumed to the night sky which was lit by countless stars and a large moon, a site he'd not seen in ages. With another roar, he left the sea behind, taking to the sky. Soaring above the great ocean, Manda felt the sensation of air sweeping along his body, quickly drying his scales. He rored one more time before disapearing in the horizon. The dragon guardian of ancient times had returned to once more protect the earth from evil.
