Nationality: None, but she speaks with an American Accent
Affiliation: Pretty much all the "Good" organizations

Eye Color: Purple (Almond shaped)
Description:
Revan's human form is that of a tall, beautiful and curvy blond woman that appears to be no more then twenty three years old. Her hair is naturally "Separated" between the two sides of her face. The two sides obscure her face partially, particularly her eyes, while from the eyes downward, her hair parts in a graceful ark.
She wears dark armor, which consists of an ebony Cuirass, which has a green jewel adorned in the middle of it and black pauldrons. She also wears gauntlets upon her hands, the knuckles of which have a razor sharp "spike" to them. Under this all, she wears a black dress of chain mail. Her boots are plain black leather, though they have a silver and purple lining. She also wears a velvet purple cloak that extends down to her ankles.
As far as personality goes, Revan she fulfills the "Wise Old (Wo)man" archetype perfectly. She smiles, but rarely laughs. She is patient to a large extent. She remains calm and collected in even the most extreme situations, though she certainly has the capacity to become enraged, especially when her allies are in danger.
Perhaps what is both her greatest strength and her Achilles heel is that while she is in human form, she is more in tune with human emotions. Love, Hatred, Anger, and sorrow. This allows her to connect with people more, though it also opens the possibility of her making mistakes in judgment.

Telepathy & Telekinesis: Revan is extremely skilled in Telepathy and Telekinesis. She can communicate across vast distances, read minds and even control the weaker ones. She can also lift incredibly heavy objects with a bit of concentration. And with extreme concentration, she can lift an object several metric tons in weight. She can also create shields and telekinetic pulses to push multiple enemies away.
Superb Combat Skills: Being the Goddess of war, it is a given that she is talented in the art of combat. She is an incredible duelist and appears to be a master of dozens of forms of martial arts.
Instant Transformation to her Kaiju form: Rather self-explanatory.
Background: With the rise of many dark Kaiju within the world, Revan has found it necessary to assume human form to forge alliances with not only other kaiju, but among the humans as well. And so, she has. She aspires to become a leader and a council among the humans to help them through this difficult time.
