Combat Style: Argus will usually begin combat by stunning an enemy with his Vertigo Waves, making it much easier to pummel. Once disabled, Argus is a bruiser, trying to literally break his enemy.
Qualities:
Sight: Argus most potent ability is that he has 100 eyes, giving him a 360 degree view around him, and above him, there are even some on the bottom of his jaw, allowing him to see under himself. Around 50 of his eyes are normal, whereas the other 50 are divided up into different specializations, some see pheromones, some see heat, some see in an almost x-ray fashion, some see far like an eagles. This effectively renders any cloaking or invisible enemies useless.
Special Attacks:
Vertigo Waves: Argus can emit powerful vertigo waves, either from his roar (multiple enemies, weaker) or from his mind (Single enemy, more powerful), these waves affecting the inner balance of a kaiju. Once hit, a kaiju will not be able to right itself, stumbling about with no sense of direction, Many cannot stand. The waves only last around 5 minutes, forcing Argus to have to re-apply them often. Kaiju used to zero-gravity are not affected.
Origin/History: Argus's birth is like something out of Greek mythology. The great Lillith, while in a heated battle in hell, had her eye driven from it's socket. She felt a strange calling from the eye, a desire to keep it safe. As time progressed, the eye grew into a beast which Lillith lovingly named Argus. From that day forth, when the eye became an actual creature, Lillith devoted herself to being Argus’ mother, eternally caring for him and watching after him even after he grew to adulthood. Since there was no father involved and Argus rose solely from Lillith, Argus was wholeheartedly devoted to her, a loyalty that can only exist between pure mother and child. Wherever his mother goes, he follows, her son, her protector, her friend.
