He looks like that. But a slightly smaller head, so it isnt to big for his body. Rework his color. Mainly a dark green, with a yellow stripe coming from his neck, all the way across the chest and gut, and on the tail. His spikes are a golden color, and his frill is both green and yellow.
Combat Style: Fights ats close range and long range, using his flexability to fight like that. Very agile and clever.
Qualities-
Regeneration: Jiras can regenerate most wounds at an amazing speed.
Electric Discharge:Jiras can send currnets of electricity through out his body, and discharge them.
Special Attacks:
Electric Beam: Jiras can fire a very powerful beam from his mouth. It is made of pure electricity. It is well ovre a million Volts. around a billion really. This can be charged to be even more powerful.
Electic Pulse: Jiras can send out pulse of energy. Electric energy. its a good short range move. Think of Kientklope's short ranged special attack in War of the Monsters.
Electic Wave: Jiras can fire a wave of electricty from his mouth. THis can slice through objects.
Origin/History: Jiras was created by Dr. Lance Ota. He was amde to fight monster's under Dr. Ota's control. He was kept intoa lake until Ota's location was under attack. When it was, Jiras was sent out of the lake. In the battle, the mind control device was destroyed. Jiras now could do what he wanted to do on his own free will. He went off from his lake(located in California), with the good Doctor's plan still in his mind.
