Description:
He is of a humanoid form, wearing a black leather suit with armor coverings. Over that he sports a black Nazi Dispatch Riders coat with red trim. His body is crafted out of various metals, yet most notably a black, liquid-like matter that allows him to change his form; to grow to a gigantic size in which he sports a very dark grey, almost H.R.Giger-esque armor. His head is similar to original Jet Jaguar, yet his ridiculous overlapping eyebrow is gone, and he sports thinner eyes which glow a lifeless sky blue, unless in sentience, where his eyes are green. His trademark smile is replaced with four long vertically angled slits, giving him a slight grinning skull appearance.
Combat Style: He is skilled in all forms of Martial Arts, and is prone to surprise his opponents when they think they’ve figured out his technique. He prefers pure hand to hand combat, yet when necessary, he’ll omit a blinding light from his, temporarily disorienting the enemy.
Qualities:
• He is able to shift from a more humanly size to a height that allows him to battle other kaiju face to face.
• His body is made of several alloys of Steel, Iron, Titanium, and the strange black material that seems to make up most of his outer armor, and some of his inner mechanics as well.
• He can briefly levitate off the ground at 440 KPH for a short time, though he uses it more often for fighting techniques than travel.
• His outer “skin” is able to heal itself from stab wounds, and repair damage done by constant attack by means of microscopic nanomachines. However, constant attacks in the same place take longer to heal.
• He is somewhat strengthened by fire, though water can have the opposite effect.
• His knowledge of the modern world is very small, and he is prone to believe that WWII is still taking place. This can prove to be a weakness at times.
Special Attacks:
• He can omit an extremely bright light from his eyes, which can temporarily disorient others.
• The same bright light can be controlled and focused to a specific target, acting much like a heat ray or laser vision.
• He can send controlled amounts of a green energy to his hands, which make his punches significantly harder. He can also use this to make a “thunder clap”, where upon clapping his hands together in front of him, he sends out a powerful shockwave through the ground.
Origin/History: In Germany, around 1944, the Nazis were putting their scientists to work to create the ultimate soldier. This new breed of warrior was meant to be a replacement for human soldiers, and they would be stronger, faster, and more powerful. However, when the prototype had a malfunction, making him destroy the missile that would have changed the outcome of the war, he was shut down. When Germany lost the war, a Russian spy stole the Jet Jaguar prototype, and brought it back to his homeland. From there on, Russian scientists have been trying to unlock the mysteries of the strange black material, yet up until 2006, they were unable to penetrate it. In 2006, it was discovered that water could weaken the substance enough for the scientists to study it. Almost immediately after, they began to try and replicate the black material that made up his armor in the form of a biological weapon, which was given the name Bio-X. By the year 2054, the scientists were able to create a small portion of it, which had symbiotic properties, and could even reanimate the dead. But when a band of Neo-Nazis recently broke in to the labs and attempted to destroy their research, the building exploded, and the Bio-X scattered and seeped through the soil. However, the fire of the explosion somehow revived Jet Jaguar. As the scientists turned into hostile zombies, Jet Jaguar had no other option but to kill them all. However, the fire did more than revive him. Because of the amount of Bio-X that had been scattered throughout, a small portion managed to enter his cybernetic “brain”, and he can gain sentience occasionally (think Kiryu). When he’s sentient, he tries to act alive, and due to his originally evil programming, he is tormented by wanting to do good, believing he is doing good, but only comes out evil in nature.
