That doesn't make much sense.
When Godzilla's size is doubled, his weight is doubled. Why is her weight octupled?

When a monster's height is doubled, it's entire mass is octupuled. You have to realize, a creature that is doubled in each dimension becomes eight times as massive. If you have a single cube and wish to duplicate it at twice its height, you would need eight similarly sized cubes. You would have to double each dimension, meaning you stack two up for twice the original's height, stack two more beside to double the width and keep the current height, then stack four more in a similar manner behind it to doulbe the depth.
This megaguirus is exactly twice as long, twice as tall, twice as wide and twice as deep as the original, therefore is eight times as massive.

Godzilla is 20-30,000 tons at 50 meters tall.
He is 55,000-60,000 tons at 100 meters tall.
Explain that one.

Honestly, I haven't a clue. But hey, since when did toho's statistic listings of kaiju make sense? Apparently Heisei Godzilla is more lightly built than the 50 meter crew. All I know is that this Megaguirus is completely identical to the GxM one, save for being based on a 100 meter scale and the laws of physics dictate that she would be 8 times as heavy.

You say your enlarging her to the Heisei scale, but the Mire scale is larger than Heisei...I'm confused.

Actually, Meg's official stats say that she is based on a 50 meter scale. So is the G2K scale too, I believe.

Really? Odd.
I have an idea. Do you have an instant messenger of some sort? We could probably get her ready to roll a lot quicker that way.

Except that we know that Heisei Godzilla is bulkier and fatter than Showa Godzilla. Yet the scale remains.
And remain it should. As flawed as they may be to actual science, a kaiju's very existence is a flaw to actual science. Weight will be parallel proportionate to the size when we're determining a size change in a pre-existing kaiju.

Well, seeing as how it would take forever to calculate exactly how much the weight of Miregoji is multiplied compared to heisei Godzilla and then multiply Megs' weight by that number, I just doubled her official weight.
