Description: Terraton is a genetic hybred much like Biollante. part earwig, part Ankylosayr (DNA from fossils), and accidently part human. the human part is mostly in intellect and personality, however. his lower body is insectoid, with four thick sturdy and heavily armored walking legs. his armor is red on the back and gold-tan on the front, with large spines on the backside. his tail ends in a large earwig-like pincer 40 meters long. it's teeth can puncture titanium and can each inject his paralyzing toxin. his upper half is mantis-like, sporting an almost humanoid torso that, like his lower half, is heavily armored in the same fassion. his head is reptillian and triangular in shape and is armored as the rest of his body is. he has two sets of small insectoid jaws on the sides of his beaked mouth. he also has two small spikey antennea above his eyes. his shoulders are wide and armored with thick plates. his arms are thick and heavily armored, with small spikes. each thick arm ends in three claws and is effectively a spiked club that is as heavy as a small to medium sized kaiju.
Combat Style: Terraton is a slow and cumbersome mover, but a remarkibly reflexive fighter. when standing in place, he can fight in a 360 degree radious with relative ease. although, fast kaiju will always have the advantage that Terraton won't be able to keep up with their speed. and flying kaiju can just stay out of range. that's where Terraton uses his only ranged attack, to ground and immobalise his opponent. then he can walk ruight up and beat them into a bloody mass of flesh and bone with his club-like arms. his all time favorite tactic is to burrow under ground and attack from below, catching opponents who arrive late on the scene off guard.
Qualities:
1) Thick Armor: Terraton's armor stops bludgeoning and concussive dammage before it even begins to become a problem.
2) Coarse grit armor: Terraton's armor does more than stops slashing attacks. it actually dulls the blades and claws of his attackers.
3) Rock Armor: Terraton's armor is made of a mineral compasition, thus provides an extreme protection against electricity and heat, weather ambiant or direct.
3) Juggernaut: Terraton, going beyond the great protection of his armor, can absorb godly amounts of dammage without succumbing.
4) Tunneling: Terraton is capable of burrowing through materials like granite and possibly even diamond.
5) Anchored: Terraton's huge size and immense weight prevent even the strongest kaiju from lifting him. his four legged, well distributed stance also keeps him from being knocked off ballence very easily.
6) Goliath Strenght: Terraton's strength is unserpassed. he can pick up medium sized kaiju in one hand as effortlessly as picking up a baseball.
Weaknesses:
1) Terraton's armor is his greatest strenght, but it is also his achilies heel. it's immense weight makes him slow and sluggish in motion. it also forbids him to swim, as he is too heavy to support his own weight in water and will sink and drown. this has led to a fear of water. while having no physical weakness to water, water attacks will scare him and sometimes cause him to retreat.
2) he has a definite weakness to cold attacks. his insides can tollerate high heat, but not subzero temperatures.
3) his armor offers no special resistance to peircing, and begaves like regular armor, and high powerd projectiles will tear right through his armor.
Special Attacks:
1) Toxic Sting: if a foe gets caught in Terraton's pincer, he can inject a toxin that slows the victem's nervous system, decreasing their movement speed and reaction time. multiple stings can result in a temporary, but almost complete paralysis.
2) Stomp: Terraton shifts his weight to his hind legs and slams the ground, creating a shockwave that throws foes off ballence. causes huge crushing dammage to anyone unfortunate enough to be caught below him. fortunately most kaiju are fast enough to escape this attack.
3) Enlarge spines: Terraton can change the size of the spikes on his arms and back at will, adding or subtracting peircing dammage from attacks. when enlarged, his melee attacks are less forcefull because of the spikes tendancy to break under extreme force.
4) Sticky Spit: Terraton can spit a glob of super-glue like substance that completely immobalizes a target for as long as the spit remains in tact. this also grounds flying kaiju. the spit can be nuetralised by any moderate energy attack (includes heat, cold, electrical, etc.)
Origin/History: Terraton was accidently created in a genetics lab where radiation from an explosion fused earwig, dinosaur, and human DNA together and mutated it. Terraton harbors no hatred for man because of his creation, in fact, he is rather greatfull to man. he has sworn to protect his creators from destructive forces as a way of paying them back for what he owes them. he is a very peacefull kaiju in times of peace, but he values the necessity of fighting to attain peace, and will put himself on the line to fight for that peace. he would protect mankind untill his death, unquestionably.
but now in recent times, a new concept has been laid out before him. the notion of a planet without humans is sickening to him. yes, kaiju do rule the world, but humans play just as significant of a role. they are more than worshipers and underlings, but gods themselves, for they had mastered the ability to create life, such as him. Terraton is ready to answer the call of war and fight for the safety of earth and the human race.
