Description: Xerlion is an insectoid kaiju, though he does not resemble an insect in the least. Humanoid in build, Xerlion's exoskeletal armor is deep blue with thin red lines etched across it. He has a head with two large, red eyes and a pair of powerful mandibles concealed beneath the overlapping plates of armoous chitin. His feet and hands are clawed with long, thin fingers to slide dexterously in between cracks in armor, stone, and flesh. hidden on his back are two pairs of insect wings, protected by a thick shell.
Combat Style: Xerlion, having only a small amount of ranged attacks, resorts mainly to melee combat, attacking quickly and precisely to cause maximum damage.
Qualities: Exoskeleton: Xerlion's exoskeleton is tough enough to withstand powerful blows while allowing flexibility.
Crushing Strength: Xerlion's mandibles are strong enough to crush steel.
Carrion Eater: The insects housed in Xerlion's body are capable of devouring corpses and trasfering the nutrients into healing for Xerlion.
Strong Legs: Xerlion has very powerful legs and is capable of jumping long distances.
Burrow: Xerlion can burrow underneath the ground for refuge, but he cannot move through the ground as Baragon or similar Kaiju can.
Weaknesses: Xerlion is very vulnerable to fire and bludgeoning weapons. He is also unable to fly temporarily after being in water.

Flash Knife: Xerlon's lower arms each house a small blade that can be shot out of the arm at intense speeds, causing large, bloody wounds where they hit.
Origin/History: Xerlion was a large beast reanimated by the arrival of Quetzacoutl. The power generated from his appearance surged through the beast's exoskeleton, awakening it from its underground slumber. Xerlion unearthed himself, ready to fight again in the massive wars that had once plagued the earth so long ago.
