If you mean why its somewhat faded its because my camera sucks and because I didn’t darken it as much as I should have.
If you mean why does it look different than a regular tail, its because it is a major weapon in its arsenal. It fires things, can open and clasp, but the main weapon is the ability to act as a drill as well. Since I like the feature on Alastor I decided to give the mech something similar
