So, by chance, I stumbled upon this site dubbed "Kaiju Wars Arena: Battle Royal!", located here:

Up until now, I had thought Genocide was the most recent KW. I am rather disheartened by this discovery, to be honest. It appears several people from here signed up, and didn't bother inviting me. Say what you will about me, but I've been a consistent attendant of these sites and their spin-offs since KW4. For one year, I've been a loyal member. Annoying sometimes, sure, but who isn't? I'm seriously kinda pissed and saddened I wasn't invited, regardless of rather it died or not.

To state the facts, KWBR is not part of my KW series. After Genocide, I had made up my mind to stop the series, I was quite depressed at how it kept dying. Fang wished for me to lend him the KW name, and make his own. So he did. And it failed miserably. It only goes to show that stat based RPs and other complicated systems just don't work on message boards. I didn't invite you, because I myself was only there a day or two before I decided I didn't like the system. That, and like usual, Fang pulled a Sam and disappereaad, never to return.

Uh...nobody was "invited," in that kinda term. Fang put up a link on Kurgan's "Godzilla: Crimson Phoenix" RP which Kurgan had made (and linked) at the end of Genocide.

Well, like I said in the RIP KW thread, I would like to do another Godzilla rpg and anyone interested in joining me, just let me know. I won't be having either Daemon or Fang as staff this time though. No offence, but I need staff that won't simply jump ship without notice.

As for Battle Royal I joined but never did anything. Like I told Fang from the beginning, an RP with no storylines whatsoever, just fighting, isn’t interesting. I’d have invited you except I didn’t care for it myself.

Agreement: Yeah. Short-and-simple fighting is boring in TBRPGs, and are meant for visual video games such as G:STE or G:DAMM.

May I also suggest that we perhaps rework some of the staff and start getting things approved? I have three creations in the pendings weapon and tech waiting since the 5th of June. Like I've said before, it's this type of stuff that kills a good RPG.

I honestly agree. I know the staff set-up you have now has worked in the past, Goji, but sometimes a new one is required.
