Armor: Their armor is very dense making them very slow. the armor is completely immune to heat and fire and is able to be hit with Godzilla's fire and come out unscathed. the armor is also nonconducting. but the armor is so heavy that if vibrated it will bend and crack

Equipment: a state of the art targeting system: it can hit a target from up to 5 miles away, energy shielding around the cab and all the machinery
Production History: After Godzilla was frozen Russia started designing weapons in the event of his escape. they built underground factories for the production of these weapons updating them every couple years. this are one of the weapon designs.
When all the kaiju started showing up the factories went into production.
