Daemon ignored Manda, his mind was lost into an almost demonic fury of hate and rage with only one focus, destruction. He continued to race after abberation.

Manda left Skull Island and headed to Pandemonium, angered that his time was so terribly wasted.

Kong watched the Rhedosaur slink away. He beat his chest several times, bent back and let out an ear splitting roar towards the heavens. After a few minutes, curiosity had got the best of him. Everyone seemed to climb the wall and disappear. Kong had never been on the other side of that wall in his life. He slowly approached it, and using several trees to gain momentum, swung up and clutched the top of the wall with one hand. With a mighty heave, he pulled himself on top of it. He surveyed the horizon, which now glowed with the orange blaze of a sunset. For a moment, he let himself get caught up in it.
That is, until it was blocked out by the new wall.
Kong cocked his head. This other wall had apparently rose out of the sea and was growing larger by the second. Kong realized that it was headed straight for him. He tried to turn and dive back into his jungle, but the wall crumbled underneath him, causing him to fall backwards on a 500 foot plunge to the beach below. The primate shook his head as he regained his footing, and began to climb the rocky outcroppings to reach the top of the wall again. He never got the chance, because the freak tidal wave, ironically made by Pandemonium rising out of the sea, slammed into Skull Island, throwing Kong against the wall with such force to cause him to blackout for a few moments. The tide withdrew with as much force as it had come, sucking the limp ape out to sea. The entire section of beach, and the entire area Kong had been in earlier, crumbled because of the stress the island had been on, and fell into the sea, creating chaos all over Skull Isle.
When Kong came to, he was floating in the sea, draped over a giant tree that had fallen from the island. He looked around him and let out a series of uncomfortable grunts. he was surrounded by water, with no land in sight. After regaining his strength, he let go of the log, and began to swim. He had to find his home. The loneliness he felt there was nothing compared to the crushing loneliness of the sea...

Daemon continued to run then suddenly stopped. He jerked his head from where he just ran from.. but he had run far so could not see anyone. He couldn't tell why... but he felt like something was up. Like something was wrong with a fellow nest brother.. but that was impossible. The ones he didn't eat shortly after hatching all had died when the green light happened and he become different. The feeling was so powerful he raced back the way he came, Abomination completely and tottaly forgotten... for now.

Brutus lumbered out of the jungle the next day. He hadn't smeeld, seen, or heard from Kong since the storm the night before. After searching what was left of the Island, including Kong's cave, he found no trace of the great beast.
This was going to cause a problem.
The inhabitants of Skull Island long ago thought Kong's race their King. Mostly because they were the strongest animals on the island, aside from the Vastatasaurs. Now that the last primate was gone, there was going tobe a power battle, a fight for supremacy. This was a fight that Brutus would win, earning the title he had deserved all along...

Daemon had stopped and slept the night, having been tired from the battle and needing to heal. When he awoke and stuck his head out of the forrest. He noticed Brutus as he surveyed the tree tops and bugled at him.

Brutus cocked his head and hissed at the newcomer. Though Daemon was much larger than him, Brutus was not afraid.
"Leave this place, outsider." he growled across the plain.

Daemon's eyes narrowed. This was getting to much, even for his friendly simple mind. The past few days he has been commnanded, insulted and threatened. And this was just to much. What was an outsider? Anyway, enough was enough. Daemon took an extremely deep breath reared back his head and released an earth shaking roar, that caused all the birds to instantly take wings those that didn't die from the sudden excessively loud drawn out roar. The meaning of the roar was simple. Daemon was saying.... Make me.

Brutus snarled at the animals insolence. He returned the bellow, it's meaning clear as well...challenge accepted.
Brutus charged Daemon, and lept at him, aiming to latch onto the larger creatures throat with his powerful jaws.

While Daemon was a bit on the dumb side, he was himself not an idiot. He saw Brutus's frontal charge easily, and did the only thing his simple mind could do. He took advantage of the situation but taking a deep breath and blasting Brutus with his energy blast.

Brutus screeched as the energy thwarted his jump, tossing him onto his back. He thrashed about for a few moments before regaining his footing.
"My my, aren't you special?" he said, slowly walking in a circle around Daemon, looking for a weakness to exploit.

Daemon growled, circling as Brutus did, his eyes never leaving Brutus, his horns crackling.
