The Meeting

[Goji]

Nick looked at her.

"Aside from a few obvious carvings, there was no evidence in the temple of who is 'good' and who is 'evil'. If someone was to judge, they would have to base it off of the kaiju's actions, whether or not we could communicate with it, as well as some other factors."

Charisma nodded and stood.

"Thank you, father. Does anyone else have any questions Dr. Jackson could answer?"

[Kurgan]

Batista hand a question.

"Were there any clues in the ruins to a possible weakness to this monster that could be exploited should it prove hostile to humanity?"

[Goji]

Nick shook his head.

"In the time of the temple, he was revered, not feared."

[Shadow]

Schneider spoke up.

"So, Queatzalcoutl is the progenerator of kaiu?"

[Goji]

Nick cleared his throat and nodded.

"It would seem so. Of course, kaiju did begin to mate, and some had god-like powers like our friend out there, who could have created more." Nick said, pointing to the huge form of Manda over his shoulder.

[Shadow]

Schneider nodded and began another question.

"Did the inscriptions you found describe any of the rituals dedicated to Quetzalzoutl? That could give us some insight on its intentions."

[Goji]

Nick shrugged slightly.

"The rituals were standard...blood...rituals. This may not have been the design of Quetzalcoatl himself, for the Aztecs and many other mesoamerican tribes had done this as well."

[Shadow]

Schneider nodded.

"Ah well, it looks like there are many things we still must learn. Thank you for your time, Dr. Jackson."

[Lord Vader]

"Yes, thank you doctor." Angelenis said, taking a step forward. Her ephemeral tentacles spun around Dr. Jackson before flowing about gently.

"I feel that your statements have shed a good deal of light upon my kind, to show that we are not as evil, mindless, and destructive as some of you say we are. Why the only reason there is violence occuring at my home is because you humans first attacked me. Have I not shown sincere and profound decorum by not retaliating? I should say so..."

Again she smiled at the delegates around her, her telepathic mind gently, subtly calling them to her will.

[Lord Vader]

"You have been a great source of inspiration and insight in a time of darkness and confusion, Dr. Jackson." Michele said, taking a step forward with a smile. "I am sure that the knowledge you have shared with us will come to be of great use in the future."

[Goji]

Nick nodded and took his seat, opening a binder and looking through information.

Charisma stood again.

"Well, ladies and gentleman, it seems that we have reached a quandry. Unless someone has a suggestion, we..." Charisma trailed off, as she looked out the window. Behind Manda, coiled an even larger serpent, it's brilliantly colored feathery mane ruffling, even though there was no wind in the vaccum. Silently and quickly, it coiled itself around Manda tightly, keeping him from moving.

"You left Antartica before we had chance to catch up, son." he spoke in the kaiju tounge, grinning.

(What? One for Angelenis and one for Michele. A little smoother than having them in the same post.)

"What?" Michele looked out the window along with Charisma and now all of the delegates. He looked back to Nick. "Is that the creature you spoke of, Queztalcoatl?"

[Goji]

Nick stared blankly at the serpent, flashbacks of the temple and it's destruction running through his mind. He shook his head and turned to Michele.

"Yes...yes it is..."
