One of the diplomats digipad began to vibrate. He picked it up and looked over the new information quickly, and sat it back down.
"Ladies and gentlemen. My government has just located a massive fortress that has seemingly appeared out of no where in the Atlantic ocean. We must ask if any of you know anything about this?"

President Batista stood up.
" I'm afraid I know nothing of this at all, but their is a way to find out.I think it's time to speak to the CX-1."
He took a communications device out of his pocket and set it on the table. A holographic wireframe model of a human head appeared. It spoke through the speakers in the device.

"There is a disturbance in the Atlantic Ocean, a fortress has appeared out of the sea. Go and investigate. If any hostiles are encountered, neutralize them. SDF-1 will remain behind to guard the Washington."
[glow=green,2,300]By your command Mr. President. Conquistador X-1 out.[/glow]
Outside the Washington, the Conquistador's engines roared to life as the ship decended towards the Atlantic ocean.

Far below the Washington, in atop the fortress of Pandemonium, Angelenis looked to the heavens. The telepathic abomination had known about the world meeting for some time and now another step of her plan was about to unfold.
Raising her tentacles to the skies, she held her sword aloft. In the midst of the convention aboard the Washington, various monitors and systems scrambled before a faint, ephemeral figure appeared in the center. Angelenis smiled to the members around her.
"Greetings, ladies and gentlemen...You need not worry about the fortress in the Atlantic, for it is mine. I have come...with an invitation..." she smiled to the leaders around her, peacefully unfurling her ephemeral tentacles.

Paul Schneiders looked at the figure, his cool demeanor never faltering. "I believe what my assosciate here means is that he would respectfully like to know your intentions." Paul examined the figure, his mind working quickly to figure out some way to turn the creatures appearence to his advantage.

Several small orbs of silver energy seemed to appear out of no where in the middle of the conference room. They all formed together into one, large orb, which then let out a blinding flash of light.
Once it was gone, their stood Revan in her human form.
"Pay no mind to what she has to say."
She stated calmly, turning to Angelenis on the screen, she spoke once again.
"You shall find no slaves here, Angelena. I shall make sure of that."

The appearance of the two women shocked the hell out of the Chinese diplomats. Mad theories began to form in their mind. One of them jumped out of his seat and began to shout of various profanities. Another one rose calmly and spoke.
"What is the meaning of this?"

President Batista turned to the beautifull newcomer.
"And you are waht senorita?"
Just then the receiver of Conquistador X-1 came to life once more.
[glow=green,2,300] The situation is bad Mr. President. Several of the most dangerous and evil kaiju have gathered, one of which seems to be a leader. The situation is potentiall an apocalyptic event. I recommend that both the Washington and SDF-1 open fire on the fortress. I also recommend that SDF-1 use it's Reflex Cannons.[/glow]

President Batista's face took on a defiant look.
" My people were practically slaves of Spain long ago. We will never go through that again."
He opened a channel with SDF-1. Captain Gloval answered.
"We've been monitoring the situation sir. What are your orders."
"Target that fortress and charge the Reflex Cannons. On my command, send that bitch back to Hell."
"Aye sir."
Veritech fighters began to deploy ready to protect both ships. The booms on SDF-1 parted and the space btween them came alive with energy as the powerfull weapon began to charge.

Paul Schneiders looked on in amusement. He doubted that the monsters would be able to withstand such a withering barrage of firepower, but just in case they did, he had a few aces up his sleeve.........

"Ladies and gentlemen...you misjudge me." The telepathic image of Angelenis gently stepped forward.
"I have never proposed slavery to any of you. I come to you, foretelling a great prophecy. The world has been sent into motion, and soon the map shall be redrawn. I come to you, good and kind ladies and gentlemen, to offer you the ability to expand and grow even more prosperous." her voice was soothing and gentle, almost like a lullaby.
"Do not listen to-!" Revan spoke up, yet Angelenis cut her off.
"Gentlemen, what have I done to cause you alarm? I merely rebuilt my home. As for those congregating about me, I wish to convert them to see the light." she turned to Batista "You spoke of your near slavery to the...Spaniards was it?"
"Yes, that's right." Batista responded heatedly.
"Join with me and I could grant you the power to never fear of that again. You see ladies and gentlemen, I am a reasonable individual. What have I done to you offensively? Nothing. And for that, you plan to destroy my beloved home? If anything, after a threat like that, I am in position to attack you. However, I will not, for I see no benefit to senseless violence." Angelenis' voiced was seductive and cool. Psychically, she applied a soft pull to them.
There was silence in the room for a moment, Revan moving to speak again. Angelenis, again, cut her off.
"All I ask from you, good and kind ladies and gentlemen, is that you join with me. Together, we shall make the world better place for all people."

Angela was unmoved by both of the women. She shook her head.
"Honestly, tell me why we should believe either of you? This could be a trick...you could be working together or something..."
She trailed off. She reached for her side arm and put her hand on it, just in case. Rummy also prepared his weapons. How ever, the Chinese could be seen smiling slightly...

Revan shook her head in dismay.
"Many have claimed they could make the world a better place, when all they have done is make it worse. Human history has taught you this lesson time and again. Each time you claim to have learned from the past, yet some of you believe the lie when it is told you once more. Do not believe it this time."
Revan spoke calmly, as if no one had interrupted her.
