Examples are built-in stimulants, multi-pasic sensor arrays, personal jet boosters, and life support systems. If a cyborg's body is over 65% artificial, then a slot is used up because of the many components installed on their bodies already. Automatic components are: minor strength enhancers, life support systems, and subdermal plating.)
