Not really. Rift controls Zilla. Therefore, they must have his permission to make a clone of his character.

Well in T-bird’s defense he did ask me first and I said yes because of a story possibility I saw. However I decided other than his Neo-Zilla creation others should have to be more creative. I mean I changed Alastor so that he can’t be considered a Godzilla ripoff so I think others should too. I even changed Zilla so that his past (granted I modified the history from the original idea for the American film) is different and so that he is no where near as strong as Godzilla and acts more like an animal. I could be biased, but I think originality should count for something.

Gojin was NOT meant to be a Zilla clone, just something that had the same body type everything else was supposed to be different....but if you deem it I shall start over and make a kaiju that doesn't resemble Zilla at all.... what do I do?

Could just be me, but I don’t see why it has to look like Zilla. You can get the point across that it is saurian in nature without saying it looks like Zilla. If you need help with the description or the origin I'm certain someone would be willing to help ya.

Description: Gojin has scaly blood red skin and has a saurian appearance with straight, rear facing horns on it’s head, two small black eyes close to the nostrils on it’s long snout and spikes on it’s back that are like curved blades and has black scales lining it’s underbelly all the way to the end of it’s very long tail.

Combat Style: Gojin is not the brightest kaiju and will attack just about anything that moves or makes noise disregarding it's surroundings, when attacking in close combat it usually uses it's razor sharp teeth and claws to tear down it's opponents, it rarely ever uses long range attacks except when it wants to finish off it's adversary quickly, can attack by using the bladed spines on it's back.

Qualities:

Immune to electricity or fire based damage.

Vulnerable against ice based attacks.

Excellent jumper.

Can breath under water.

Special Attacks: Crimson breath ray made up of super-high concentrations of heat and electrical pulses.

Origin/History: In 2050 a monster was discovered off the coast of Hawaii in a mummified “cocoon” like state and brought to an American research base in California to be studied. Four years later, while scientists are trying to take some samples, the cocoon starts to shake violently and suddenly bursts open destroying the facility that was housing it and killing all of the scientists, rising from the debris it lets out an ear shattering cry, screaming it’s hatred towards the heavens, Gojin has awakened….
