Description: Pheonix is a large saurian reptiliod with brilliant orange skin and white-hot stripes. He has 4 arms and large draconic wings. White crystals rest directly under his eyes.
Combat Style: Pheonix prefurs energy-based weaponry over hand to hand combat, but his 4 arms make him quite capable of it.
Qualities:
Regeneration: Pheonix can regenerate from any non-lethal wound, as long as the crystals under his eyes are not shattered. In that case, he must regenrate those before he can regenerate beyond normal healing. The higher the temperature, the faster the regeneration process.
Immunity to Heat: Pheonix is completely immune to all forms of heat. However, cold-based attacks disable his Plasma abilities.
Special Attacks:
Plasma Breath: Pheonix can release a stream of superhot plasma from his mouth.
Plamsa Blast: Pheonix can release streams of plasma from all 4 of his hands.
Plasma Explosion: Pheonix can unleash a massive explosion of plasma, the destructive equivalent of a small thermonuclear explosion with a radius of about 500 mt. The sheer ammount of heat released from the blast disables Pheonix's ability to use plasma until he can reabsorb enough of the released energy.
Superheat: Pheonix can superheat his body to temperatures like that of the Earth's core.
Origin/History: Pheonix was the product of radioactivity testing, an attempt by scientists to find out why creatures like Godzilla were so succeptable to mutation. They cloned a dinosaur known as a Hazenasaur, and introduced it to massive ammounts of plasma radiation. The resulting mutation destroyed the lab, and Pheonix was born from the ashes.
