Origin/History: Kiryuu was built as a joint venture between McDonald Douglas and Tachibana Enterprises as a frontline weapon against Kaiju. Using Godzilla's own DNA recovered from skin samples during his attacks, scientists gave the new superweapon a DNA computer capable of adapting in battle against massive, near unstoppable opponents. Kiryuu is the nickname given to the computer inside the machine, which has it's own personality that interracts with the crew and pilot.
